On October 28, 1914 ‘Abd al-Razzaq from Shiraz transfers three sixths of a garden known as Haji ‘Abd al-Husayn Qarib in Shiraz to Haji Muhammad Ibrahim, the son of Mashhadi Hasan from Shiraz. Two settlements and two records of transfer of properties: 1-On March 28, 1899, Agha Baygum, the daughter of Haji Mirza ‘Ali Akbar from Khurasan and the wife of Haji Mirza Yahya (the overseer of Khafrak and Marvdasht) sells some properties, including the farm near Marvdasht, to Aqa Shaykh ‘Abd al-Nabi for one hundred and thirty tumans. Mashhadi ‘Ali Muhammad Karan, the son of the late Ustad Ibrahim, sells two-sixths of a house in the Maydanshah neighborhood of Shiraz to Mashhadi Haydar the mason, the son of the late Karbalayi Husayn‘ali from Shiraz, for four hundred and fifty tumans (November 12, 1931); in a second transaction (December 5, 1931) Mashhadi ‘Ali Muhammad Karan sells another one-sixth of the same house to Khanum ‘Uzma, the daughter of Haj Muhammad Khalil the merchant from Kashmir, for two hundred tumans.
